This is a basic circuit test designed for rapid detection of manufacturing process faults. In the detection process, a test tool is established to simulate the actual work flow, but the response is simplified as a fast and easy to detect signal. We can make these tools according to the needs of our customers. Also welcome customers to provide their own fixture.

■ Aging test

Temperature and humidity cycles can be used to accelerate aging of parts, electronics, and other components to help screen bad samples and reduce premature field failures. It is considered to be a popular test to measure the reliability of PCBA.
